High Focus Centers in Pottstown is looking for Counselors to help provide quality care to our clients! We are looking for passionate and dedicated people who are looking to making a difference in people’s lives. High Focus Centers has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in eastern Pennsylvania. High Focus Center is an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders.

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000/year (based on experience/credentials)

Scope of Position & Technical Competency:

• Responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient group therapy sessions, family support adjunctive services
• 6-8 Level of Care Assessments per week as determined by program needs, and according to program standards.
• Maintain one aftercare Outpatient therapy group for clients stepping down to lower levels of care, according to program needs.
• Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff, according to program timelines.
• Maintains professional interpersonal communication with clients, referral sources and company representatives.
• Conducts insurance reviews including documentation.
• Collects client co-pays.
• Scheduled for 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, and maintain minimum number of completed session visits per week
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education/Experience:

• Master's Degree in Human Services or related field
• Licensure (or in process of receiving): LMFT, LCSW, LAC, LMFT-A
